Do you ship to my country?
Currently we ship to Canada, United States, UK & Europe, Israel, New Zealand and Australia. But we are quickly working on expanding our products worldwide - If you were not able to complete your order because we do not ship to your country feel free to send us an email at CustomerCare@CushyPop.com and let us know your country of residence and the item that you would like to purchase. We will let you know if we are able to make an exception for you!

When will I be charged for my order?
Your account will be charged approximately within 24 hours upon submission of the order, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.
How do I know what size to choose?
Since we are a boutique offering products from a variety of brands, sizes will vary. We display brands’ sizing info whenever possible. If the brand does not provide a chart, we use our own measurements. Individual size charts can be found on each item's corresponding product page.
Will my orders ship together?
We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. therefore the items in your order may be shipped separately at no extra cost to you.
What do I do if my package is lost?
CushyPop is not responsible for lost packages. Fortunately, most lost packages can be re-routed by contacting your courier.
